📝 Documents required for registration:
- Adults: medical certificate no longer required.
- Young people: a health questionnaire is required.

Registration file 2025-2026 - Excel file with three tabs (fee schedule, data entry sheet and tennis school timetables ).

General registration information - This document contains the general rules, image rights and, for minors, authorization (or not) to leave lessons alone and the health questionnaire. Document to download: fill it in, sign it and bring it in paper format to the club on the day of registration, or send it the day before by e-mail.
Please fill in your documents in advance and bring them with you when you come.
💳 Rates, discounts and payment methods :
Carte Jeune 2025 - Ville de Chevreuse
Young Chevreuse residents benefit from a €40 subsidy for an associative activity (sports or cultural). Valid until age 20. Apply on the Mairie website. Bring the PDF certificate or send it by e-mail. Without it, a deposit check will be requested.
🎁 Discounts available:
- Fidelity: box(es) of balls offered from 6 years of seniority.
- Family: discount for 3 or more children enrolled in the tennis school (see fee schedule).
Payment methods accepted:
- Pass+ (Yvelines / Hauts-de-Seine)
- LABAZ, ANCV, Pass Sport
Don't forget to bring your codes or digital credentials. Otherwise, a deposit cheque will be requested.
