Le bureau se compose de différentes personnes qui par leur implication participent au fonctionnement et au développement du Club. Son rôle, outre l’administration du club, est de promouvoir la pratique du tennis en liaison avec la mairie et les instances départementales de la FFT. Commitee and missions of TC Chevreuse TC Chevreuse is run by a management commitee made up of volunteers from the club, who are re-elected each year at the AGM. This committee is divided into commissions, each with clearly defined responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the club. Finance, Legal and Grants Committee The Finance, Legal and Grants Committee is responsible for the financial management of the club. It ensures that the club has the resources it needs to operate and prosper. The committee also works to ensure that the club complies with all applicable regulations. In addition, it works to secure essential grants to support the club's initiatives. Marketing, Communication, Partnerships and Events Committee The Marketing, Communications, Partnerships and Events Committee is responsible for promoting the club to the general public and its members. It implements communication and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the club and its activities. She also works to develop partnerships with compani es and associations to raise the club's profile. Finally, it organises events for members to promote conviviality and cohesion within the club. Works Committee, Eco-responsible & Societal Approaches The Works Committee is committed to keeping our facilities in top condition, so that our members can make the most of their experience on the pitch. It also works to implement eco-responsible and socially responsible initiatives, with the aim of preserving our environment and making a positive contribution to society. Women's Tennis Committee The Women's Tennis Committee is committed to promoting women's tennis within the club. It organises activities and events specifically designed for women, to encourage them to take up the sport and to create a welcoming environment for all. Competitions, Teams & Tournaments Committee The Competitions, Teams & Tournaments Committee is responsible for organising and managing all the club's competitions and tournaments. La Licence de Tennis vous offre la possibilité de vous engager dans la compétition et de prendre part à des tournois sans avoir à être affilié à un club. De plus, elle assure une couverture en cas d'accident sportif, garantissant ainsi votre sécurité lors de la pratique de ce sport. Quels sont les services proposés par le club ? En plus des cours de tennis adaptés à tous les âges (enfants et adultes), le club propose la vente de balles de tennis et un service de cordage. Le club organise t-il des compétitions ? Le TC Chevreuse propose des tournois tout au long de la saison (tournois internes, tournoi open, TMC) en fonction de l’âge (seniors, enfants … ) et du classement. Comment s'inscrire à un tournoi ? Pour vous inscrire à un tournoi, il est nécessaire de détenir une licence. Mini-Tennis School Mini-Tennis : Les Lutins (5-8 years) TC Chevreuse offers children aged 5 to 8 a fun, adapted learning program: the "Lutins" mini-tennis school.. The main aim is to introduce youngsters to tennis in a fun, stimulating environment. Through games and activities, children learn : Ball trajectory position in space Movement coordination Tennis basics The mini-tennis school is designed to support children as they progress. The teaching program is adapted to their age and level, and enables them to develop their technical and physical skills. Because tennis is a sport to be shared, TC Chevreuse offers a special package for Lutins families. The "Lutins Parents" membership entitles parents to play on the outdoor courts all year round (except 1pm-5pm Saturday/Sunday). For insurance reasons, participation in the mini-tennis school requires a tennis license.
